A purpose statement will ground you as a leader. It will allow you to be clear on how you want to show up in the world and help guide you in challenging moments.

A Leadership model is a unique visual representation of a system, composed of concepts and practices, which you use to help people -- including yourself -- know and understand your approach to leadership.
